1. The Service What you’re buying

RiegoFácil is a digital service delivered through Telegram that provides irrigation-related outputs based on user-provided configuration and meteorological data. The Service is designed to help users convert weather data into practical, easy-to-read information.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children under 13. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Telegram account.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the standard plan is one account per one farm. If you need a different setup, contact us.

3. Fees, Billing & Automatic Renewal

Service Structure

The Service consists of:

• Activation Fee: a one-time payment of €400 (non-recurring).
• Annual Subscription: €50 per year, which automatically renews every 12 months unless canceled.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge the applicable fees based on your selected checkout. Prices may be displayed in euros and may be subject to taxes or fees depending on your location and payment method.

Automatic Renewal

The annual subscription renews automatically every 12 months until canceled. You may cancel renewal at any time before the renewal date. Canceling stops future renewal charges; it does not retroactively refund already-paid periods.

4. Promotional Offer (24-hour Activation Waiver)

We may offer a promotion that waives the Activation Fee (€400) for a limited period. During the promotional period, you pay only the Annual Subscription (€50/year).

How the 24-hour window is measured: the promotional period lasts for the first 24 hours from the user’s first recorded access to the website. The offer is measured technically via an automatic registration of that first access (e.g., timestamp stored by our systems and/or browser cookie).

If the promotional window expires, checkout will include both the Activation Fee and the Annual Subscription.

Note: clearing cookies, using private browsing, switching devices, or other technical changes may affect how the first access is recorded.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Activation Fee

The Activation Fee is a one-time setup/activation charge and is non-refundable.

Annual Subscription (7-day limited guarantee)

You may request a refund of the Annual Subscription within 7 days of purchase if the Service has not been used in a substantial manner. We may deny a refund request if there is substantial usage of the Service during that period.

How to cancel

You can cancel renewal through the Stripe customer portal (if provided) or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals and charges; it does not delete your historical configuration immediately unless requested.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the Service or its infrastructure.
• Share or resell access in a way that violates these Terms.
• Misuse the Service to harm others or interfere with operations.

7. Disclaimers (Important)

The Service provides informational outputs and is not professional agronomic, engineering, or irrigation advice. Irrigation decisions depend on many factors (soil, installation design, crop status, local conditions, and more). You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided by the Service.

We do not guarantee specific results, yields, savings, or performance outcomes. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, crops, or production), arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy

We store only the minimum technical data required to operate the Service (e.g., Telegram identifier, user configuration, and technical logs). Payment information is processed by Stripe.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice (for example, on the website or via email for transactional purposes). Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
